Terms of service
These terms apply to the use of this website and describe the general basis on which we provide our services. Last updated 28 October 2026.
1. Service provider
This website is operated by CD-Yhtiöt Oy (Business ID 0410329-3, VAT FI04103293), c/o Opus 2, Hitsaajankatu 22, 00810 Helsinki, Finland. Phone +358 20 4746 947, email info@cd-yhtioet.com.
2. Scope of services
We provide accounting, bookkeeping, financial statement, payroll, VAT and tax return services, tax consultancy and management reporting to businesses. The content of each assignment, the schedule, the fees and the responsibilities of both parties are agreed in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
The client is responsible for delivering complete and correct material on the agreed schedule. We are responsible for performing the agreed work with professional care on the basis of that material.
3. Website content
The information on this website is general and does not constitute advice for any individual situation. Advice is given only within a client relationship, on the basis of the client's own facts. We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date but may change it without notice.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when both parties have accepted a written proposal or agreement.
5. Liability
We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the general information on this website. Our liability in client assignments is determined by the written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect material provided by the client. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
6. Intellectual property
The texts and graphics on this website belong to CD-Yhtiöt Oy. They may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at info@cd-yhtioet.com or by phone and describe the matter. We will review it and respond in writing, normally within 14 days. We aim to resolve all disagreements first through discussion.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms and our services are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes that cannot be settled by negotiation are resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
9. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
